- Making outbound calls to potential customers or receiving inbound calls from existing customers.
- Resolving customer complaints or issues efficiently and professionally.
- Making sales pitches to potential customers, promoting products or services, and persuading customers to make purchases or sign up for services.
- Updating customer information, call logs, and other relevant data accurately into the company's database or CRM system.
- Following up with customers via phone calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction, gather feedback, or provide additional information.
- Qualificaion: Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred).
- Designing, coding, and modifying websites according to client specifications or project requirements. This involves creating visually appealing and user-friendly layouts and features.
- Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable HTML, CSS , and JavaScript code to implement website designs and user interfaces. This includes ensuring cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness for a seamless user experience across different devices and screen sizes.
- Developing server-side logic and database structures using PHP.
- Designing and maintaining MySQL or other relational databases, including database schema design, query optimization, and data manipulation.
- Creating and consuming web services and APIs using PHP to facilitate communication between different systems or third-party services.
- Staying updated on PHP language updates, new frameworks, libraries, and best practices in web development to enhance skills and improve efficiency.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Qualificaion: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).

- Assist in conducting keyword research to identify relevant search terms and phrases for target audiences and specific topics or industries.
- Learn and implement on-page optimization techniques, including optimizing title tags, meta descriptions, headings, and content for targeted keywords and user experience.
- Assist in creating and optimizing website content, blog posts, articles, and other digital assets for SEO purposes, including keyword integration, readability, and relevancy.
- Gain familiarity with technical SEO aspects such as website crawling, indexing, site speed optimization, mobile-friendliness, structured data markup, and XML sitemaps
- Learn to use SEO tools and software such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog for data analysis, performance tracking, and insights generation.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the team to develop strategies and execute marketing campaigns across various digital platforms, including social media, email, SEO/SEM, and display advertising.
- Content creation: Generate engaging content for social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Social media management: Help manage social media accounts by creating, scheduling, and posting content, as well as engaging with followers and monitoring feedback.
- SEO/SEM optimization: Assist in optimizing website content for search engines and help in planning and executing PPC campaigns.
- Email marketing: Support the creation and distribution of email campaigns, newsletters, and other forms of email communication.
- Data analysis and reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights. Provide recommendations based on data analysis.
- Market research: Conduct research on industry trends, target audience, and competitors to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and design, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Administrative support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing marketing collateral.
Requirements:
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Digital literacy: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software).
- Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical skills: Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting.
